VB SQL and .NET Application Support Specialist - Coventry - £Negotiable plus benefits
VB SQL and .NET Application Support specialist urgently required for our client in Coventry. Must have solid experience in developing and maintaining bespoke Microsoft solutions. Experience of applications development involving VB and SQL server required. Experience of Microsoft sharepoint and CMS systems highly desirable. Experience in .NET framework is desirable: ASP.NET VB.NET or Csharp.NET. Technical understanding of web technologies and networks (web servers, TCP*IP). Technical appreciation of Microsoft server technologies (IIS, Biztalk, SQL Server). Must have experience of working within a professional applications support team using a business class service desk system desirable. Your role will be to provide proactive second and third line customer support for applications developed by our client. Manage customer support requirements on a day to day basis. Actively transfer knowledge into and around our clients support team to keep a well balanced skills profile thus maintaining a high quality service.
